Toured entire facility. Reviewed three years of disposal records for <br /> oily solids, used oil and drained used oil filters. Reviewed emergency contingency plan and site map. Reviewed <br /> hazardous waste and emergency response training. Reviewed records for treated wood that is for re-use. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Documents provided during inspection: Flyer for free CUPA classes, treated wood waste fact sheet <br /> Waste streams found: <br /> -Used Oil <br /> -Oily Solids <br /> -Drained Used Oil Filters <br /> Notes: Several large piles of broken pieces of treated wood were observed on the east side of the property. Per <br /> Kimberli Blomberg (Yard Manager)this treated wood is not a waste and is reused. Reviewed records of pickups <br /> of this treated wood and to date over 76,000 ties have been re-used. Per Kimberli Blomberg, the broken pieces <br /> are wanted for a rustic look and because they are not as thick. The treated wood is used for landscaping, <br /> retaining walls and other building projects.
