Does not clearly identify <br /> locations of the monitoring equipment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and piping and clearly identify locations of the <br /> following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring system control panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak <br /> detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices <br /> monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices <br /> monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and <br /> 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 113 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the <br /> test. <br /> OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 3/28/2019 and <br /> a test report was submitted on 5/7/2019, one months late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are <br /> performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 121 CCR 2712(f)Failure to implement corrections and submit written response within 30 days of receiving the report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 3/28/2019 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br /> information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 4/27/2019. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br /> all of the recommendations made in the report.
