Assessment Report" <br /> submitted by William J. Hunter and Associates. on April 2 , 1990. <br /> I <br /> ' Due to the residual contamination remaining•: in the soil and the <br /> shallowness of groundwater, PHS/EHD does not believe six soil <br /> borings, hand augered to a depth of six feet, will be able to <br /> i define the lateral and vertical limits of contamination. <br /> A groundwater investigation will be necessary for this site if <br /> ! "certification" by the Port of Stockton is' being requested.
