Giannecchini,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE)has <br /> prepared this report for the destruction of eleven wells at 4407 East Waterloo Road, <br /> Stockton, California. The site location is depicted in Figure 1; site structures and former <br /> well locations are depicted in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Five single completed, two-inch diameter, ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through <br /> MW-5) and six single completed, two-inch diameter, soil vapor extraction wells (VW-1 <br /> through VW-6), had been installed on-and off-site as part of a subsurface investigation of <br /> the former underground storage tank (UST) area at 4407 East Waterloo Road, Stockton, <br /> California. The total depths and screen intervals of the wells are summarized in Table 1. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> On 19 and 20 September 2011, a total of eleven (11)wells were destroyed on-and off-site <br /> under San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) well destruction <br /> permits(Appendix A).Well destruction activities were performed by All Well Abandonment, <br /> Inc. Monitoring wells MW-3 and MW-4 were destroyed by over-drilling to their total depths <br /> and backfilling with neat cement.
