One geoprobe to be <br /> advanced to 90 feet below surface grade and three geoprobes to 25 feet bsg to investigate the vertical <br /> and lateral extent of the contamination in soil and groundwater. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Include 1,2-DCA and EDB in the analyses of samples by EPA Method 8260M <br /> 2. Relocate or install an additional geoprobe boring to the north of the UST excavation in line with the <br /> groundwater upgradient direction. Collect and analyze another grab groundwater sample in addition <br /> to the grab groundwater samples collected from the deep geoprobe boring. Groundwater is currently <br /> at about 50 feet bsg in the area. <br /> 3. Contingency to advance deeper in order to achieve at least 2 consecutive 5-foot interval samples of <br /> non-detect for vertical assessment. Additional samples may require based on site conditions. <br /> 4. Submit permit application and fee to PHS/EHD. Permit must be obtained before commencement of <br /> work Schedule work with PHS/EHD in advance. <br /> 5.
