As <br /> the Responsible Party to the site you have been directed to conduct routine groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling at the site. The current schedule calls for wells MW-1, MW-2 and <br /> MW-5 to be sampled annually, and wells MW-3 and MW-4 to be sampled semi-annually. <br /> You are out of compliance with regulatory directives for failing to adhere to the monitoring <br /> and sampling schedule. Wells MWA, MW-2 and MW-5 have not been sampled since <br /> January 2008; wells MW-3 and MW-4 have not been sampled since October 2008. You are <br /> directed to become compliant with routine monitoring and sampling of your wells by <br /> conducting an annual event prior to the end of third quarter 2009 (September 30, 2009). <br /> In correspondence dated May 24, 2007, the EHD approved Interim Soil Remediation Work <br /> Plan dated May 10, 2007. In correspondence dated July 3, 2007, you were directed to have <br /> the interim SVE system in operation no later than August 20, 2007. This deadline has been <br /> extended two times, but you remain out of compliance for failing to initiate the interim SVE <br /> remediation at your site.
