INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> At the request of Mr Paul Sidhu, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for the site located at 3032 E Waterloo Road, Stockton, California (site) The <br /> location of the site is Illustrated in Figure 1 The locations of structures and monitonng wells on the <br /> I site are depicted in Figure 2 The scope of work reported herein includes a quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring event performed on 26 April 2001 <br /> I Site history and findings from previous investigations and monitoring events at the site are detailed <br /> in AGE's report titled Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report, dated 14 December 2000 <br /> Historical ground water monitoring results are Included in the tables of this report <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Tasks and procedures for this Investigation were completed in accordance with the <br /> I • PHS-EHD-approved Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan, dated 12 October 1999 and prepared <br /> by AGE <br /> This report is prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (CRWQCB-CVR) for subsurface investigation of <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> I <br /> 2 1 QUARTERLY MONITORING AND SAMPLING PROCEDURES <br /> IOn 26 April 2001, depth to ground water was measured in each well from the top of the well casing <br /> to the nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solmst water level meter The ground water elevation in each well <br /> I at the site was calculated by subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the surveyed well- <br /> head elevation (Table 1) Ground water elevations were later plotted and contoured on a scaled site <br /> map <br /> I After water levels were measured, approximately 8 gallons of ground water a nunirnum of three <br /> PP �' ( <br /> casing water-volumes per well) were removed from wells MW-1, MW-3 and MW-4 utilizing a <br /> idisposable polyethylene bailers A total of 10 gallons of ground water were removed from the well <br /> MW-2, during the sampling event Approximately 5 feet of free-product was measured on the top <br /> of the water table, during the initial depth to ground water was measurement, in well MW-2 An <br /> interface probe was used to measure the free phase product A PVC bailer was used to removed the <br /> • product-impacted water from well MW-2 <br /> 1 <br /> Advanced GeoEnvsronmentai,Inc <br /> I <br />
