•
Ms.Patricia Vellines 8188.001.002
The Trails of Manteca October 25, 2012
WORKPLAN FOR SOIL AND GROUNDWATER ASSESSMENT Page 4
REPORTING
Following completion of the field investigation and subsequent laboratory analysis, a summary
report will be prepared. The report will summarize the activities performed during the field
investigation and the associated findings with respect to soil and groundwater conditions. The
report will include an initial site conceptual model (SCM) based on the data collected to date.
The SCM will include geologic cross sections, isoconcentration contours for groundwater
impacts, and data table summarizing the known historical analytical data and the new analytical
data collected from this assessment.
SCHEDULE
Once we receive approval of this workplan from RWQCB, the subsequent field and sampling
activities will be scheduled to occur within approximately two weeks. It is anticipated that the
fieldwork can be completed in two days and the characterization report will be delivered
approximately two weeks after the laboratory data is received.
We look forward to working with you on this project.
