(AGE) has <br /> prepared this Limited Phase l/ Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at <br /> 3808 West Lane, Stockton, California (subject property). The location of the site is <br /> illustrated in Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring <br /> Permit Application, Master File Record (MFR) and associated fees are attached. Upon <br /> SJCEHD approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule fieldwork. AGE will provide <br /> SJCEHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the east side of West Lane, within the City of <br /> Stockton. The property is comprised of a single parcel, totaling 0.603 acres that is <br /> developed with a flooring distribution warehouse. <br /> Historical data for the subject property indicates that the subject property operated as a <br /> gasoline service station between the 1970s and 1980s. <br /> AGE has prepared the following work plan to evaluate the potential for soil-vapor <br /> intrusion at the site.
