oo�G �Lv ACCESS,AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL rNVESTrGATInN This Agreement is made between AMERCO Real .Estate Company(the "Licensee") and the Stockton Unified School District(the"Owner"). A. Licensee is the owner of certain real property(the"Licensee's Property")which is located at 2701 N. Wiknn WAY,Stockton. CA 95205. B. Owner is the owner of certain real property located at 1944 N. Pinal Drive. Stockton. ''A y5205 (the"Premises"). C. Licensee requires access to the Premises to conduct certain investigative activities relating to possible soil and groundwater contamination on or under the Premises. THEREFORE, for the purposes set forth herein, and in consideration of mutual promises herein contained, the Owner and the Licensee agree as follows: 1. Grant of License for Limited Access. The Owner hereby grants to Licensee and Licensee's Authorized Personnel, a license(the"License"), upon a minimum of 48 homy written notice to the Owner in accoidauce with NaLagiapli 13 of this License, to enter upon the Premises for the purposes described herein. 2. Pumose of License. The License herein granted is solely for the purpose of permitting Licensee and Licensee's Authorized Personnel to undertake those investigative activities, described on Exhibit A hereto to ascertain the extent of environmental impact, if any, present on or under the Premises. 3. Authorized Personnel. Entry for purposes described herein shall be limited to the Licensee's approved representatives, employees, contractors and environmental consultants ("Authorized Personnel"), including, but not limited to, Blaes Environmental Management, Inc_ Individuals and entities not identified in the preceding sentence shall be permitted entry onto the Premises only upon reasonable notification to Owner and approval by Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. 4. Equipment and Vehicles. Under this License, Licensee may bring only such equipment and vehicles onto the Premises as are reasonably necessary for the performance of the activities described herein.
