Blaes Environmental, on behalf <br /> of U-Haul, is in the process of securing a bond to drill in the public-right-of-way as required by <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. The bonding process is estimated to take <br /> approximately two weeks to complete. Once the bond is acquired, the well permitting process is <br /> estimated to take an additional two weeks. Blaes Environmental is planning to drill the two <br /> additional wells as proposed in the Workplan for Investigative and Remedial Testing Activities <br /> and subsequent Addendum Workplan dated November 8, 2001 and January 15, 2002, <br /> respectively. This work is scheduled for the week of March 17th through the 21st.
