(SOTA) is pleased to submit the following <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report for your review. This report <br /> documents the site assessment activities conducted during October 1995 and <br /> groundwater sampling program that was conducted on February 8, 1996 at the <br /> subject site. <br /> Based ox:, these and past. observations, SG'T:1 proposes further quarterly <br /> groundwater monitoring to evaluate the seasonpl change in the groundwater <br /> contamination plume at this location. SOT-A, also recommends, following <br /> approval from San Joaquin County Eni iron-mental Health Division, a proposal <br /> to develop an appropriate site remedial action plan (RAP) to remove dissolved <br /> volatile hydrocarbon compound from the groundwater at U-Haul Center #709- <br /> 50.
