Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) has been contracted by <br /> California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to act as the local implementing agency to oversee <br /> investigation and remediation of leaking underground storage tanks (UST). <br /> Upon entry into this Local Oversight Program in March 1992, this site agreed to utilize the reporting format <br /> established in the LUFT manual and the Tri-Regional recommendations. Current corrective action regulations <br /> require the collection and analysis of data necessary to assess the nature and vertical and lateral extent of the <br /> release and to determine a cost-effective method of cleanup.
