5 Approved Activities Exhibit A attached hereto is a site investigation plan for the <br /> Premises By execution of this Access Agreement, Owner authorizes Licensee and Licensee's <br /> Authorized Personnel to enter the Premises to conduct investigatory activities described in <br /> Exhibit A and to perforin all acts reasonably necessary to complete such activities. Licensee <br /> shall provide O?wtter, upon request, with copies of all test results and reports concerning <br /> conditions found during the site investigation activities at the Premises <br /> b Lice for Authnn7rrl Prrconnel Consistent with the standard;sct <br /> forth below, Licensee shall be and remain responsible to conduct the activities set forth herein in <br /> a reasonable and safe manner, and shall be responsible for the safety and conduct of all <br /> Authonzed Personnel with respect to activities undertaken by Licensee pursuant to this Access <br /> Agreement Licensee shall be responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws, <br /> regulations and ordinances, and other provisions related to the Authonzed Pcrsorittel, including, <br /> but not limited to, all federal and state environmental, safety, public notification, and worker <br /> protection laws.Licenscc agrees that its Authorized Personnel shall cooperate with all reasonable <br /> requests made by Owner during the conduct of the site investigation activities that are the subject <br /> of this Access Agreernent <br /> 1 uaications of AuthOiizcd PCm5011m1e1 and 3u ScviSJurL Lic.criscC shall ensure <br /> that the Authorized personnel assigned, authorized or contracted to perform the activities set <br /> forth herein are competent by training, experience, and expertise to perform the particular task or <br /> tasks assigned All activities carried out by Licensee: on the Premises shall be performed in a <br /> manner consistent with prevailing professional standards for all areas of activity undertaken by <br /> Authorized Personnel Each field activity to be conducted under this Access Agreement shall be <br /> coordinated and supervised by a professional vnth experience relative to the particular activity <br /> being conducted on the Premises. <br /> S Care and Restoration of Premises Licensee will ensure that all reasonable <br /> measures are taken to minimize disruption to the Premises and shall preserve the natural features <br /> of the Premises. Licensee shall promptly remove from the Premises all debris generated in the <br /> course of performing the work permitted hereunder and shall be solely responsible for ensuring <br /> the disposal of all such debris in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, <br /> regulations and rules <br /> 2 <br />
