The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for EI Dorado Gas & Mart as of December 24, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 06, 2020 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#314-Failure to continuously monitor interstitial space with audible-visual alarm system (pre-Jul <br /> 2004). <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and 91 underground tank systems at this facility are no longer in use. According to the <br /> owner,Aziz Sher,the monitoring panel was disconnected and removed approximately three weeks ago. The <br /> system is not currently being monitored for leaks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system connected to an <br /> audible and visual alarm system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor restore <br /> all monitoring to this system, or remove all fuel from the USTs within 48 hours and immediately comply with closure <br /> requirements. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#321 -Leak detection equipment disabled or tampered with. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and 91 underground tank systems at this facility are no longer in use.
