BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-20-156 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN APPLICATION NO.PA-2000092 <br /> OF SHEA PROPERTIES,LLC FOR THE MOUNTAIN HOUSE TOWN CENTER RETAIL, <br /> COMMERCIAL,AND OFFICE PLAZA SIGNAGE SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY. <br /> - -- - - -- - --- -- <br /> WHEREAS, on August 20, 2020,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter on the consent calendar and voted 4-0 to refer this matter to the Board of <br /> Supervisors with a recommendation of approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 15, 2020,this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public <br /> hearing on said matter, notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law, and oral <br /> and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors determined that the Project is consistent with the <br /> General Plan and does not adversely affect the Jobs/Housing Program or housing affordability <br /> and meets all applicable provisions of the Mountain House Development Agreement based on <br /> the Bases for Special Purpose Plan Amendment contained in the project Board Letter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that, <br /> The Special Purpose Plan for the Mountain House Town Center Retail, Commercial, and Office <br /> Plaza project for the Mountain House Community is hereby approved with the following: <br /> SPECIAL PURPOSE PLAN AMENDMENT NO.PA-2000092,with the Bases for Special <br /> Purpose Plan Amendment and with said Mountain House Town Center Retail, Commercial, and <br /> Office Plaza Signage Special Purpose Plan provided for in Attachment"E", attached hereto and <br /> made a part of this Resolution. <br /> Resolution Template 07/2019 <br />
