Purpose <br /> 1 ) The purpose of this program is to establish procedures and provide information for the <br /> prevention of spills and the methods of cleaning up a spill . <br /> Scope and Application <br /> 1 ) This program applies to the Chrisp Company, Stockton Branch . <br /> Tier I Qualified Facility SPCC Plan <br /> 1 ) This SPCC Plan for the Facility, when completed and signed/approved by the owner or <br /> operator of a facility that meets the applicability criteria in § 1 12 . 3 (g) ( 1 ) . This addresses the <br /> requirements of 40 CFR Part 112 . Chrisp Company will maintain a copy of the Plan at the <br /> facility .
