Scotts Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: Former Electro Delta <br /> 821 South Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> In a letter dated December 31, 2008, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) directed that monitoring wells MW4, MW5 and MW6 be sampled for four <br /> consecutive quarters, prior to requesting a reduction in the frequency of their sampling because <br /> they were newly installed, and that an interim remedial action plan to remediate the soil at the <br /> site be prepared and submitted to the EHD by March 16, 2009. <br /> There have been no data or documents submitted to Geotracker, the State internet website, nor <br /> to the EHD to date. You are not in compliance with EHD directives. Compliance with EHD <br /> directives is a requirement for reimbursement of corrective action costs from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund.
