The plan is to mitigate adsorbed vadose zone hydrocarbon-
impact and conduct interim soil remediation through installation, operation
and monitoring of a soil vapor (SVE) system and an in-situ air sparging
(IAS) system.
The EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance
with California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and
California Code of Regulation Corrective Action Requirements, and that the
resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts
which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination.
The CAP is available for public review at the EHD office at 600 East Main
Street, Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
or on GeoTracker (https://geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov).
Questions should be directed to Angelica Sandoval Marin, Senior REHS, at
(209) 468-2807 or email at amarin(c)slcehd.com, or writing to her at the
EHD, 1868 E.
