' Quarterly Report'- Third Quarter 2004 <br /> Former OCAMPO PROPERTY <br /> ' 821 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> ' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Victor Aranda, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> ' quarterly report for the property located at 821 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California(site) The <br /> scope of work included the performance of a quarterly ground water monitoring event, submission <br /> of monitoring and analytical data to the State Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker <br /> ' information management system, and preparation of this report The location of the site and <br /> surrounding area is illustrated on Figure 1, structures, former underground storage tank (UST) <br /> ' locations, and soil boring and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB)guidelines for the investigation of UST sites Site history and findings from previous <br /> ' investigations and monitoring events are provided in Appendix A <br /> ' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> ' . Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB for the <br /> investigation of UST sites Ground water monitoring procedures were performed as outlined in the <br /> Revised Work Plan Addendum, dated 18 July 2002 and approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> ' Environmental Health Department (EHD) in a letter dated 23 July 2002 <br /> t , <br /> 2 1 PURGE WATER AND WASTE SOIL DISPOSAL <br /> On 20 September 2004,approximately 110 gallons of non-hazardous purge water were pumped from <br /> ' on-site 55-gallon drums and 9,750 pounds of non-hazardous soil were removed from the site The <br /> purge water had been generated by previous groundwater monitoring events Pumping and disposal <br /> were completed by Slaby Sales of Borrego Springs,California The purge water and waste soil were <br /> ' taken to Filter Recycling Services, Inc , located in Rialto, California A copy of the waste disposal <br /> manifest is included in Appendix B <br /> 2 2 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 15 July 2004, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in all <br /> three monitoring wells relative to the tops of the well casings After the depth to ground water <br /> measurements were collected,casing water in each monitoring well was evacuated using a Waterra <br /> inertial pump and dedicated tubing Approximately 6 gallons of water were evacuated from each of z <br /> • the monitoring wells, equivalent to three casing-water volumes per well <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
