(MAI Laboratory ID No 0210339),quality assurance and quality control(QA/QC)report and chain- <br /> of-custody forms are included in Appendix A <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Petroleum hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds were not detected in any of the samples <br /> analyzed The concentrations of metals detected by EPA Methods 6010C, SW7010 and SW7471B <br /> were within background concentrations for California soils and are below the total threshold limit <br /> concentrations for hazardous materials <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the findings and conclusions in this report,AGE recommends that no further action be <br /> taken at the site with respect to the on-site sumps <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> Advanced GeoEnwronmental,Inc <br />
