Installation of two Multi-Level monitoring wells using continuous core soil sampling during drilling to a <br /> total depth of 150 feet below surface grade. Collection of soil samples and water samples. <br /> 2. Laboratory analysis of soil and water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons,BTEY,and volatile <br /> organic compounds. <br /> 3. Preparation of a report of findings. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Groundwater is currently about 38 feet below ground surface and there are no wells downgradient of the <br /> former UST systems with screen intervals from 35 to 45 feet below surface grade to monitor the <br /> groundwater in this interval. Another screen interval between 35 and 45 feet should be placed in the <br /> Multi-Level monitoring wells. <br /> 2. Recommend moving Multi-Level well proposed to be placed by V W3 to area of CPT1 so that well is <br /> between the former UST location at this site and the UST gasoline release sites across Wilson Way. <br /> Groundwater flow at 130 S.Wilson Way,Stockton,has been determined to be southeast and monitoring <br /> wells on the southern border of 102 S.Wilson Way,Stockton have high concentrations of gasoline and <br /> MTBE that do not appear to be from their UST system that was removed in 1988. <br /> 3.
