Offsite, the case meets Policy <br /> Criterion 2a by Scenario 1. <br /> • The case does not meet Policy direct contact criteria. <br /> RESPONSE: This case meets Policy Criterion 3b. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Fund recommends that the County direct the responsible party to conduct regular <br /> groundwater monitoring of all wells to define the downgradient extent of groundwater <br /> contamination and to continue active remediation to achieve Policy goals in a timely manner. <br /> Kirk Larson, P.G.
