Top Filling Station • - 4 - • October 23, 2011 <br /> UPDATED, April 2009, by letter on 26 February 2009, the San Joaquin County LOP directed the <br /> Responsible Party to resume active remediation and to reduce the frequency of monitoring to <br /> reduce costs. The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, April 2010, this investigation has been under way for 21 years and significant <br /> contamination remains. The Responsible Party does not regularly submit remediation status or <br /> monitoring reports. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party to resume active remediation and to upload all activities to Geotracker. The <br /> Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, October 2011, this investigation has been under way for 22 years and groundwater <br /> concentrations are still well above water quality objectives.
