' 21 August 2002 <br /> • AGE-NC Project No 95-0130 <br />' Page 6 of 6 <br /> Based upon the results of the second quarter 2002 investigation, AGE recommends <br />' • Reduction in sampling frequency at wells MW-1 through MW-5 from quarterly <br /> to semi- <br /> annual sampling of wells, AGE believes that continued quarterly ground water sampling <br /> from these wells at this stage of the investigation is not cost effective and will not provide <br /> enough useful Information to supplement the ongoing Investigation Semi-annual sampling <br />' events should be adequate to monitor ground water Impacts at these wells and should be re- <br /> evaluated on a semi-annual basis <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring of wells VW-i (B and C), VW-2A, VW-3A, <br />' MW-6 (A, B, C, D and E) and MW-7 (A, B, C, D and E), the next quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring event is tentatively scheduled for September 2002 <br /> I • Conduct future quarterly ground water monitoring events concurrently with the Rock <br /> Property site(102 South Wilson Way) and the Arco AM/PM site(130 South Wilson Way), <br /> AGE recommends that a well-head elevation survey be performed by a state-certified <br /> surveying engineer so that reported ground water elevations are relative to a City of Stockton <br /> benchmark datum <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> I upon analytical results provided by an independent Iaboratory Evaluations of the hydrogeologic <br /> conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of <br /> available data points(ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from these <br /> I data points No other warranty,expressed or Implied, is made as to the professional interpretations, <br /> opinions and recommendations contained in this report <br /> I <br />■ Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br />
