- <br /> PACIFIC r <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> GROUP, INC <br /> f <br /> AN®COWANY <br /> D <br /> March 8, 1999 <br /> Project 920-122 1 C <br /> Mr Brett Hunter <br /> Chevron Products Company <br /> P O Box 6004 <br /> San Ramon, California 94583 <br /> Re Well Installation Report <br /> Chevron Service Station 9-9840 <br /> 4344 Waterloo Road <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Hunter <br /> This report presents a summary of the well installation activities performed by IT <br /> Corporation (IT, formerly Pacific Environmental Group, Inc ), on behalf of Chevron <br /> Products Company (Chevron), at the site referenced above (Figures l and 2) The <br /> purpose of the work in this report was to further evaluate the lateral and vertical extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater beneath the site Included in this report <br /> is a brief description of site background, previous investigations, scope of work, findings, <br /> and conclusions <br /> The site is located near the intersection of Waterloo Road and Highway 99 in Stockton, <br /> California at 4344 Waterloo Road The site is an operating Chevron station and car wash <br /> that retails multi-grade gasoline fuel The site currently contains two gasoline <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs) and associated product lines and dispensers <br /> PREVIOUS INVESTIGATIONS <br /> On March 2, 1998 three 10,000-gallon gasoline USTs, one 1,000-gallon waste oil UST, <br /> one 500-gallon waste oil UST,product lines and dispensers were removed from the <br /> subject site as part of station upgrade PEG conducted over-excavation sampling on <br /> March 6, 1998 Approximately 725 cubic yards of hydrocarbon impacted soil was <br /> removed from the UST excavation Tank replacement activities and sampling results <br /> were presented in PEG's Report of Underground Storage Tank Replacement Activities <br /> and Work Plan for Additional Site Investigation dated June 5, 1998 <br /> 920-122 1 GREPORT <br /> 11315 Sunrise Gold Circle,Suite M - Rancho Cordova,California 95742-653+ (916) 858-2350 FAX (916) 858-2355 <br />
