Following well development, water samples
will be collected from the wells and submitted to a California State-
certified'laboratory for analysis Groundwater samples will be analyzed
for the presence of TPH-g, BTEX compounds, and MtBE
• Well Surveying. Upon completion of well construction the wells will
be surveyed by a licensed surveyor to mean sea level (± 0 1 inch)
Lateral coordinates (± 1 inch) will also be surveyed Groundwater
gradient will be interpreted utilizing wellhead elevations and depths to
water
• Physical Parameters Analysis. Select soil samples will be collected
from exploratory soil bonngs and evaluated for physical parameters
(i e , FOC, porosity, pH, etc) Examination of soil physical
l meters
is intended to aid in potential risk evaluation for encountered
contaminants if the need anses based on results of further site
1 assessment Selection and submittal of soil samples for physical
parameter analysis will be based on distinct changes in Iithology
• Sensitive Receptor Survey. A sensitive receptor survey will be
conducted to identify groundwater production wells or other potential
receptors and migration pathways at or near the subject site
• Off-site Domestic Well Sampling. One groundwater sample will be
collected from a domestic well at 4514 Waterloo Road The sample will
' be analyzed for TPH-g, BTEX, and MtBE
• Report. A report will be prepared after completion of the proposed
scope of work The report will include boring logs, a well location map,
a groundwater contour map, soil and groundwater analytical results,
chain-of-custody documentation, and a summary of findings
920-122 1 Ai-MKPULL DOC
