The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB)will invoice you directly for activities performed <br /> under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site evaluation performed by Public <br /> Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHSIEHD) is to certify closures of underground storage tank <br /> leakage sins pursuant to California Code of Repiations, Division 31 Chapter 16; Artier i I Pxlk AW'99 <br /> Regulations).These regulations govern the investigation and mitigationactivities at leaking underground storage tank <br /> sites. To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at (916) 657-2390.
