Submit a <br /> statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> Oil can be found inside the secondary containment for the used oil drums. <br /> All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. Immediately begin this practice. <br /> Clean out the secondary containment. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste <br /> was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> (2)Empty 55-gallon drums were not marked with the date emptied. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the words"empty" <br /> and date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this was corrected. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 19, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
