This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate the following consolidated manifest receipts 011837326FLE and 006391884SKS and maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. This is a minor violation.
