Dispose of all used oil filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used oil filters not stored, handled <br /> and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, <br /> disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by <br /> the EHD. The amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> The following changes were made: <br /> - Item 102, 605 and 608 were changed from a minor violation to a class 2 violation due to it being a repeat <br /> violation. <br /> -following note was added to the inspection report. 'The following items were corrected on-site: <br /> Item 1: OBSERVATION: The following uniform manifest were filled out incorrectly: <br /> -017468871 JJK (2/4/19) had the same address and name/signature for the generator and transporter. Operator <br /> corrected on site by providing a completed consolidated manifest with the same date, contents and manifest <br /> number. <br /> -017468864JJK(11/12/18) had the same address and name/signature for the generator and transporter. <br /> Operator corrected on site by providing a completed consolidated manifest with the same date, contents and <br /> manifest number. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)The generator of any hazardous or extremely hazardous waste to be <br /> transported off-site or into California shall: <br /> (1)complete the generator and waste section and sign the manifest certification according to the instructions in <br /> the Appendix to this chapter; and <br /> (2)obtain the handwritten signature of the initial transporter and date of acceptance on the manifest; and <br /> (3) retain one copy, in accordance with section 66262.40(a); and <br /> (4)within 30 days of each shipment of hazardous waste submit to the Department a legible copy of each <br /> FA0015886 PR0528652 SCO01 09/17/2019 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.8/22/2019 Page 10 of 11 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
