Testing has not been completed and is 7 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all testing are conducted within the required time frame. Immediately schedule these tests <br /> once the UST is no longer in temporary closure and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
