4/23/20 <br /> From: Tara Velleux<tvelleux@jonescovey.com> <br /> Paul, <br /> In reference to the Notice of Violation (PRO517272) issued to the Flying J Travel Plaza located at 15237 N <br /> Thornton Rd in Lodi on 04/15/2020,Jones Covey has resolved the following: <br /> • In reference to the monitoring site plan showing a leak detector on tank#3,the leak detector <br /> has been removed and the map updated. A submission has been made in CERS on 04/23/2020 <br /> with this correction. <br /> • In reference to the secondary containment testing that was due to be completed in March,the <br /> initial testing was submitted on 12/20/2019. Post construction testing was completed on <br /> 03/18/2020. In a discussion with the CUPA,Jones Covey was told that the pre-testing would be <br /> taken as final testing results. These results (attached)were submitted on 04/20/2020 and a <br /> confirmation was received on 04/21/2020. <br /> The remaining items on the Notice of Violation are in progress. A repair is currently being scheduled to <br /> address the leak in the UDC of dispenser 13 and information to close the violation from 04/23/2019 is <br /> being gathered. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.
