This is on the satellite side not main line will <br /> need hydro static test on sump after repairs.NTE 2,500.00. PO#18187W-6040919. <br /> 9.17.18 James-Arrived on site. Checked in at kiosk. Checked in with manager. Investigated D24S leak. <br /> Found dripping from line. Pressurized&still dripping. Master UDC dry&Satellite only with 1/2"or less <br /> liquid in it bellow penetrations. Looks to be leaking from primary section of line between D24M&D24S <br /> satellite line,leaking into secondary of flexible product piping&evacuating into Satellite 24 Dispenser. <br /> JOB DETAILS Will need to identify&have on hand 26x 2"OPW flexible piping&replace.Unsure if we'll be able to <br /> Change-out plping-thmugh chase_pipe,-or-wilt have-to break_concrete When piping is replaced,we'll need <br /> to re-pipe from shear valve to shear valve to take care of other minor <br /> weeps.Checked out with site at kiosk. (See images in SF). Left UDC dry. Left dispenser master shear <br /> valve closed&locked dispenser products electronically to isolate the leak. <br /> 9/21/18 Rogelio,Arrived on site checked in with Manager. On-site to test 24 Main to 24 sat. Upon arrival <br /> UDC 24 sat. had small amounts of liquid. Drained the primary line from 24 to 24 sat. Pressure the line up <br /> to 15 PSI and tested for 1 hour. Pressure drop half a PSI in 1 hour. Gheck for leaks on all shear valves, <br /> flex line and secondary boots. Cannot find any leaks. Leak must be underground in primary line. 24 to 24 <br /> sat line left drained of all product.
