Site Investigation Work .an January 22, 1999 <br /> 1108 West Tokay Street Lodi, California <br /> The direct technical supervisor for this project will be Andrew Lush, President and <br /> Principal Geologist, a California-Registered Geologist (RG 442 1) with more than 14 years of <br /> experience as a professional geologist and hydrogeologist. His work has included design, <br /> construction, development, and sampling of monitoring wells and monitoring systems at a wide <br /> variety of commercial and industrial facilities and preparation and presentation of contamination <br /> assessment and mitigation reports for contaminated sites for SWAT tests at landfills. Mr. Lush <br /> will be responsible for overall project management, logistical arrangements, quality control, <br /> agency and client liaison, and report preparation for the project and will be responsible for <br /> conduct of the work and its technical merit. <br /> Drillers will be licensed by the State of California(C-57). All personnel used onsite will <br /> be trained in the Health and Safety aspects of working with hazardous materials (minimum of 40 <br /> hours of OSHA-approved training).
