Tracy Boulevard <br /> Application Nos . : 3-90-TSM and 5-89-R <br /> Thank you for your letter and copy of letter to Eric Sung dated June <br /> 27 , 1991 . The letters indicate that DHS has accepted the applicant's <br /> evaluation of the site, provided certain conditions are met. As <br /> requested, the City of Tracy will take an active role with you to <br /> ensure your concerns are addressed prior to development of the site. <br /> In regard to the conditions in your June 27 , 1991 letter to Eric Sung, <br /> we have the following questions : <br /> 1 . Does the ongoing groundwater monitoring, or could the results of <br /> the monitoring, affect development of the site? If so, how, and <br /> what restrictions should be placed on development of the site <br /> until the groundwater monitoring is completed? How long is <br /> continued monitoring necessary? <br /> 2 . In Condition 3B, how deep is the "shallow aquifer" and would <br /> irrigation of the park's playing fields and landscaping be <br /> considered an activity which could cause substantial recharge of <br /> the shallow aquifer? <br /> 3 . Does Condition 3C preclude the construction of buildings, <br /> bleachers, or any other structures on the site? <br /> 4 . In Condition 4 , why is Corcoran Clay referenced? When can a final <br /> determination be expected? <br /> What is involved in DHS 's final determination for the site? May <br /> development of any of the subject property be approved prior to your <br /> final determination? <br /> Thank you for your cooperation regarding this application.
