During monitoring, depth to water was
measured, the wells were purged, and after stabilization of
electrical conductivity, pH and temperature samples were collected
for analysis.
The laboratory results for the July 9, 1991, sampling detected no
purgeable halocarbons and aromatics (EPA 601/602 by 8240) or total
petroleum hydrocarbons and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (EPA
8270) above method detection limits in monitoring wells MW1, MW2,
MW3 or MW4 (Table 1 ) . Attachment 1 contains the laboratory data
sheets and chain-of-custody documentation.
Groundwater monitoring performed on July 9, 1991 indicates the
water table risen approximately 0. 5 feet since April 1991. Using
the monitoring data, a gradient map was created with a computer
Kriging program (Figure 1 ) . The direction of gradient is
consistent with previous monitoring and is to the northeast, but
the magnitude is 0.0005 which is less than the April 1991
TGPLR0909.WP
