The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for KEVIN JONES as of November0l, 2019. <br /> Open violations from November 01, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation 4119-Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Electronic <br /> Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website.
