StatLab/Lodi (formerly American MasterTech <br /> [AMT]... then a family-owned small business) began diverting rinsate in Spring of 2018 following a <br /> site visit from SCM. SCM notified the City of Lodi and worked closely with Ms. Sandra Macomb (a <br /> former City Environmental Compliance Inspector) for a resolution. <br /> Fortunately,AMT, as a common practice, used rinsate from feedstock containers as diluent for new <br /> product. Consequently,the concentrations found in effluent were low. (Of the 8-to-10 shipments, <br /> only one involved a hazardous waste manifest).
