I need a response on how the used paper oil filter was managed? <br />Response: Kern's used oil/ filter was hired to clean the paper / metal filters. See Attached <br /> <br />-Violation 303: how was the accumulating oil inside the secondary container for the 300 gallon used oil tote managed? <br />Response: We used a suction pump to clean the area of oil slip in the secondary tank. Collected oil was put back in main <br />used oil tank. <br /> <br />-Violation 403 and 605: Did you keep the 5-gallon buckets with used oil and oily solids? If yes, did you find lids for each <br />bucket and label each bucket with hazardous waste labels? How did you managed the hazardous waste inside the <br />buckets? <br />Response: Buckets have been labelled with haz waste stickers and lids have been put back on the buckets. Used oil was <br />put in the main used oil storage tank. <br />
