STOCKTON Au ust 16, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS 11,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> -One white metal 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed without an accumulation start date. The last <br /> disposal record for used antifreeze was dated 7/3/2018. <br /> -Two blue metal 55 gallon drums of used oil were observed without an accumulation start date. The last disposal <br /> record for used oil was dated 1/15/2019. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of used absorbent was observed without an accumulation start date. No disposal <br /> records for used absorbent were available for review. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days.
