Hazardous waste ID number CAL000403425 is inactive, according <br />to the DTSC database. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification <br />(I D) Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br />month, less than 1 kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br />numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gwlapply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-numberl <br />to reactivate your State ID number . Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />113 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 through 2019 for hazardous wastes including <br />used oil were not found on site during the inspection <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 to 2019 and <br />maintain them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />[DESCRIBE HOW THE OIL FILTERS WERE FOUND] . Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in <br />a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. <br />Immediately [DRAIN OR CONTAINERIZE THE FILTERS, LABEL, OR MARK DATE] and ensure that all used oil <br />filters are managed in thisway. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been orwill be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork by October 9, 2019. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
