Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests <br /> signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three <br /> years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last <br /> three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> '113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3)Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records from 12/17/2015-12/17/2018 for used oil and absorbent were not found <br /> on site. All facility communications or alarm <br /> systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required,shall <br /> be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Immediately have the <br /> fire extinguisher recharged. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> '1(?> CCR 66262.34(d)(2)Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> In the shop,one 5 gallon plastic blue bucket cotnaining used oil(full)was observed without a lid. All hazardous <br /> waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close this <br /> container and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One 300 gallon tank containing used oil had an accumulation start date of 10/18/2017. Facilities who generate less <br /> than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may <br /> store waste on site up to 180 days.
