Environmental Health Department
Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report
Date:
March 11, 2019
Facility Address:
2002 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON
Facility Name:
STOCKTON HONDA
SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS
(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply)
RemarksItem #
110 CCR 66265.54 Contingency plan not current.
The facility’s contingency plan has outdated emergency coordinators on CERS. The listed emergency coordinators
are no longer at the facility. The contingency plan must include:
1. Description of actions facility personnel will take in response to fires, explosions, or any sudden or
non-sudden release of hazardous waste to air, soil or surface water at the facility;
2. Description of arrangements made with local police departments, fire departments, hospitals, contractors and
State and local emergency response teams to coordinate emergency services;
3. List of names, addresses, and phone numbers (office/home/cell) of all persons qualified to act as emergency
coordinator. Where more than one person is listed, one shall be named as the primary emergency coordinator and
all others in order in which they will assume responsibilities;
4. List all emergency equipment, which includes location, physical description, and brief outline of its capabilities;
5. Evacuation routes for facility personnel where there is a possibility of evacuation;
6. Current telephone number for State Office of Emergency Services.
If the facility has a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures plan, or some other emergency or contingency
plan, the owner or operator need only amend that plan to incorporate hazardous waste management provisions that
are sufficient to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
Immediately prepare or amend an existing plan to fulfill the requirements of this chapter. Submit a copy of the
contingency plan to the EHD.
This is a minor violation.
Page 5 of 8
FA0014270 PR0531184 SC001 03/11/2019
EHD 22-02 Rev. 09/27/2018 Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR
1868 E.
