The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -The DO report of 01/4/2020 and 12/6/2019 , Section III the DO failed to add a description to all components <br /> marked N/A or N from section VI I through XI <br /> XI <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 309 CCR 2636(f)(1) Monitoring in sump/ UDC failed to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow product. <br /> OBSERVATION: The float and chain in the 87 product UDC 7/8 sump and diesel product UDC#19 and #15 <br /> sumps failed to stop the flow of product at the dispensers when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 13, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
