IT WAS RAW. THE RIBS WERE BURNT. COMPLAINANT <br />ALSO ALLEGES THAT THEY USE ROACH POWDER THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />fried chicken -- warmer -- 158.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to owners who are aware of this complainant. They stated that customer told them that health department was going to <br />be contacted. <br />Observation: Chicken is fried and ribs cooked and both kept in food warmer at serve line. Saw a little bit of "flour" just outside <br />food bin that keeps flour. Did not see "white powder" on the floor or all over. Chicken temped at 158 F in food warmer. Ribs <br />looks normal. All pieces are throughly fried (they do not look moist). <br />Corrections: none at this time <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
