Washington in the City of I <br /> Stockton, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances <br /> which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property.l. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, Local UST } <br /> Oversight Program, has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with F <br /> local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed',the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> i <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD office, <br /> 445 N.
