Washington Blvd, (Site Code 2588) <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> PURPOSE OF WORK: <br />' During recently concluded UST tank removal operations at the <br /> above site, a minor amount of contamination was found at the <br /> north end of the tank in the Vicinity Of the vent stack and fuel <br /> dispensing pad. Laboratory analysis of a soil sample taken <br />' during additional excavation work recorded 200 mg/kg of xylene, <br /> but no other compounds. This workplan is for the purpose of <br /> excavating additional spoil to the north and east in order to <br />' remove all remaining contamination in order to achieve site <br /> closure. <br /> PROPERTY LOCATION AND USE: <br /> The property is located in the Part of Stockton , at the west and <br /> of Washington Blvd near its ' juncture with Navy Drive. Rougn and <br />' Ready Island is less than 1/2 mile to the west , and the Stockton <br /> deepwater channel is a short distance to the north. The site <br /> consists of approximately five acres, and is used to store dry <br />' cement and fly ash for distribution to concrete batch plants. A <br /> warehouse, four vertical silos and a truck scale are located on <br /> the site. <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> Riverside Cement Company, 19409 National Trails Highway, (P.
