r <br /> i <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 4325 E. Washington, in the City of Stockton (APN157-337-08-0) on " <br /> the northwest corner of the intersection of East Washington, and <br /> Sinclair Avenue, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division. The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> San Joaquin/Stockton Public Library, 605 N. El Dorado Street, <br /> Stockton, and Environmental Health Division, 445 N. San Joaquin <br /> Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8: 00 <br /> a.m. - 5: 00 P.M. If a request by any member of the public for a <br /> public hearing is not received by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division within thirty (30) days <br /> after the submittal of the Final Remediation Plan (FRP) , the . <br /> tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to public <br /> Health services, Environmental Health Division at the above <br /> address.
