Fletcher <br />Coordinator - Environmental Affairs RECEIVED <br />SUBJECT: Monthly Status Report - July 1990 AUG N 0 !T'J <br />Former Econo Gas Station <br />4325 East Washington Street ENVIRONMENTAL <br />Stockton, California AFFAIRS <br />Dear Mr. Fletcher: <br />This is a monthly status report for the soil remediation system at the above-refereac 6 site, for the <br />month of July 1990. <br />A Du Pont Environmental Remediation Services' technician visited the site on a weekly basis. Typical <br />activities that were performed during the visit included equipment inspection, instrument calibration, <br />influent and effluent concentration measurements, and control system adjustments. A hand-held <br />organic vapor analyzer (OVA) was used by field technicians to measure hydrocarbon concentrations <br />and one tedlar air bag sample was collected for laboratory analysis. <br />Based on operating parameters listed on Table A, approximately 1,925 pounds (312 gallons) of gasoline <br />have been extracted during this reporting period. The remediation system has been operating since <br />August 1989, and since then, approximately 14,447 pounds (2,345 gallons) of gasoline have been <br />extracted and properly treated.
